Estimated Delivery Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. postal holidays. Orders are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (GMT-07:00)
  • Shipping destination: United States
  • Shipping method: Economy Shipping
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–8 business days

Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order once processing has begun.

Taxes & Customs

  • No Hidden Taxes at Checkout: We do not collect any additional sales tax or Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout. The price you see for the products plus the shipping fee is the final amount charged by our store.
  • Import Duties & Customs Fees: For all international orders (including Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom), any potential import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees assessed by your local government upon arrival are not included in our prices or shipping costs. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Damage During Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We recommend taking clear photos of the damaged package and product and sending them to support@hookhorn.com so we can review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
